Guitar Center offers Free Worldwide Shipping on eligible customer orders, with clear processing, delivery and tracking timelines so you know what to expect after checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is free worldwide. There is no separate shipping charge added for standard order delivery under our Free Worldwide Shipping service.

Shipping Destinations

We ship worldwide. Some items may be limited by product availability, destination restrictions or order review requirements.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 days after the order is placed. Processing time includes order review, preparation and packing before shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 2–5 days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, local handling, weather, carrier delays or other conditions outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take 1–3 days after shipment to appear or begin showing movement.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other government charges are included in our Free Worldwide Shipping service. If such fees occur, they will be covered by us.

If you receive a customs, import tax, brokerage or government-charge request related to your order, please contact us before making any payment so we can review and assist.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages

If your package appears delayed, lost or damaged in transit, email us at [email protected] with your order number and the details of the issue.

  • For delayed packages, include your tracking number and the date of the last tracking update.
  • For lost packages, let us know if the carrier shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it.
  • For damaged packages, include clear photos of the packaging, shipping label and damaged item if possible.
