Stream Large Samples Right From the MicroSD Card
The Tangerine lets you stream samples up to 4GB in size directly from a microSD card. With this capability, you can play samples that last for hours without latency. The 64MB of internal memory holds up to 24 stereo polyphonic notes for smaller samples. Either way, you have plenty of sampling power in the palm of your hand.
Tweak Your Sounds With Powerful Playback Options
Tailor your samples to perfection with the Tangerine's robust set of playback parameters. Adjust start position, length, pitch, level, filter, loop mode, launch quantization, ADSR, exclusive grouping, clip synchronization, slice placement, MIDI mapping and more. Save your customized presets to recall your favorite sounds quickly.
Record and Manipulate Loops On the Fly
The Tangerine makes live looping and sampling simple. Configure each of the eight sample pads for stereo or mono recording and set the recording length to capture perfect loops. Start recording with the touch of a button or by triggering the audio input. Play back your recordings immediately to overdub new layers. You can store up to 16 sequence layers per preset and record loops up to four hours long.
Take Your Sampling Rig Anywhere
Thanks to its compact, durable design, you can use the Tangerine anywhere you make music. Power it via USB or with an optional battery pack for complete portability. Sync the Tangerine's timing to external MIDI devices or use its MIDI input and output to control other gear.
