The C414 XLII has nine pickup patterns for you to choose from, including omni, wide cardioid, cardioid, hypercardioid and figure-8, which make it great for any use or setting. The XLII is ideal for vocals and distance miking with a sound similar to the legendary C12. These matched pair mics feature three switchable bass cut filters and three pre-attenuation levels that make them perfect for close-up recordings to be put in any mix.
Flawless Sound Production With Easy Control
Both mics have peak hold LED displays and lock mode, which allows for all controls to be effortlessly disabled, for simple live-sound application. The elastic capsule suspension helps to lower structurally transmitted noise, and with an immunity to electromagnetic interference, the reliability and stability that these mics provide are next level. With a wide dynamic range of 20Hz–20kHz and a high maximum sound pressure level of 140dB, these mics truly offer an unparalleled versatility and balanced sound.
