The result is dirtier and more lo-fi when driven at intense or longer settings. The Dirt section of the circuit allows you to dial in the amount of gain added to the repeats, and compared to other “tape style” delay units, the Bootleg Dirty Delay V2’s decay tone becomes brighter as it trails off.
