The Digital Reference DR-CX1 studio condenser mic captures the nuances of voice and instrumental sound sources and features high SPL handling. The DR-CX1's custom 16mm diaphragm has excellent response across the audible frequency spectrum plus extended dynamic range. Its cardioid polar pattern offers good directionality and isolation, and responds well with proximity effect allowing a singer to "work" the mic for outstanding performances.
