This compact set features seven-ply mahogany shells with 30° bearing edges for warm, resonant tone with ample attack. The 14x18" kick drum provides a beefy low end, while the 8x12" tom, 14x14" floor tom and 5x14" snare offer a balanced combination of tones for playing everything from jazz to rock.
Retro Finish and Classic Gretsch Hardware
The Catalina Club Jazz Shell Pack is adorned in a yellow satin flame wrap for a retro look, while Gretsch's signature round "gas cap" bass drum mount plate, Mini GTS tom mounting system and T-Wing screws provide a touch of modern style. Reduced-mass tom brackets and matching wood bass drum hoops complete the vintage-meets-contemporary aesthetic.
