Legendary Harrison Filters

The 32Cpre+ features the same legendary 12dB/octave filters found in Harrison's renowned 3232 and 32Classic consoles. The high-pass filter provides a characterful 3dB resonant peak, letting you roll off unwanted low end from 25Hz–3.1kHz. The low-pass filter allows smoothing high frequencies from 160Hz–20kHz. These filters give you versatile tone-shaping to match the needs of any source.

Transformer-Coupled Circuitry for Iconic Sound

At the heart of the 32Cpre+ is a Jensen JT-MB-CPCA transformer that delivers the open, dimensional sound Harrison is famous for. The transformer's 1:1 ratio creates a subtle phase shift and gentle roll-off, resulting in rich lows, clear highs and an open midrange. From this circuitry, you can expect +20 to +70dB of ultraclean gain to drive any mic with lush tone and smooth response.

The 32Cpre+ provides an array of features to optimize any signal path. Engage the -20dB pad and Hi-Z switch for high-output sources. Reverse polarity to fix phase issues. Supply 48V phantom power for condenser mics. A front-mounted XLR with 1/4" jack connector gives you direct access and an overload LED helps prevent distortion.
