As part of the most recognizable and distinctive guitar in the Ibanez line, the RG8570 j.custom is built for both speed and durability. Whether you favor a hardtail (fixed) bridge or a locking tremolo system, the RG is a precision instrument, featuring a flamed maple top and mahogany body paired to a special j.custom Super Wizard 5-piece maple/wenge neck for a comfortable, stable grip that makes sweeping and string skipping easier. This is topped with a Macassar ebony fretboard that produces tight lows and mids along with a strong attack in the highs. DiMarzio Air Norton, True Velvet and Tone Zone pickups offer depth, warmth and rich dynamics when combined with the 5-way pickup switch. Additional features include Gotoh machine heads and strap lock pins, along with a Lo-Pro Edge tremolo for maximum playing comfort. A hardshell case is included.
