The Meinl 22" Ripstop Cymbal Bag combines ultra-lightweight ripstop fabric with reinforced stitching for maximum protection. Designed to hold up to three 22" cymbals, this bag features an external 15" pocket to store hi-hats and effects cymbals.
Ripstop Fabric: Lighter Yet Tougher
The Meinl 22" Ripstop Cymbal Bag is constructed from ripstop fabric, a material that is both lighter and stronger than typical nylon. Thick reinforcement threads are woven into the bag's surface, creating a high strength-to-weight ratio ideal for transporting cymbals. This innovative fabric allows the bag to weigh less without sacrificing durability.
Reinforced Stitching and Padding for Protection
Sturdy, reinforced stitching connects the Meinl 22" Ripstop Cymbal Bag's ripstop shell, handles, straps and pockets. Thick padding lines the bottom of the bag, protecting cymbals from drops and impacts. Inside, three heavy-duty cymbal dividers prevent cymbals from contacting each other, avoiding scratches and dings during transport or storage.
Convenient Transport Options
The Meinl 22" Ripstop Cymbal Bag features both a sturdy carry handle and padded backpack straps, allowing for easy transport on foot or by vehicle. The adjustable straps distribute weight for maximum comfort during longer walks. An additional compartment provides storage for drum keys, sticks and other accessories.
