At the heart of the Meinl Pickup Woodcraft Cajon Baltic Birch are its three built-in piezo pickups for snare and bass sounds, specially designed to capture the cajon's broad range of acoustic sounds with stunning depth and clarity. Easily adjust the pickup's volume and tone using the control knobs, dialing in just the right amount of low end or brightness to suit any musical context. A 1/4" cable port allows you to send your signal through any amp or PA system.
Handcrafted 9 mm Baltic Birch Construction
To achieve maximum resonance and projection, Meinl constructs the Pickup Woodcraft Cajon Baltic Birch using 9 mm of high-quality Baltic birch, a wood prized for its acoustic properties. The cajon's front plate features an ergonomic playing surface with rounded edges for comfort, while multiple sound holes allow its full-bodied tone to resonate freely. Rubber feet prevent slipping and protect floors.
