With a versatile input section including 10 mic preamps, 14 line inputs and 2 INS inputs, the Model 16 handles a full band with ease. The mixer's dedicated stereo output, control room outputs and headphone outputs provide monitoring options for any recording scenario.
Multitrack SD Recording and Playback
Record up to 16 tracks simultaneously to an SD card in CD-quality WAV format. Overdub, punch in and out, and edit tracks with the Model 16's transport controls and editing functions. Play back all 16 tracks through the mixer to rehearse parts, or bounce tracks together for a final stereo mix. With support for SDHC cards up to 32GB, you'll have plenty of recording time for your project.
USB Audio Interface For Computer Connectivity
The built-in USB audio interface allows you to connect the Model 16 to your Mac or Windows computer. Stream the Model 16's inputs and outputs to and from your digital audio workstation for further editing and mixing capabilities. You can also use the Model 16 as a standalone USB mixer, controlling levels via the analog mixer interface.
